Matt was excellent. He explained to me the problem and I was able to understand what I had done wrong. I think I have found the electrician I needed. I will come back if I have any other concerns.
I had a wonderful experience with Castle Electric. Eoin and his partner were outstanding. They were punctual, professional, thoughtful, and treated my home with great care. They carefully covered my furniture, worked neatly, answered all of my questions, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the installation.
The finished work is beautiful, and it is clear they take great pride in their craftsmanship. It is refreshing to work with professionals who are not only highly skilled but also kind, respectful, and conscientious. I highly recommend Castle Electric and would gladly hire them again.

Josiah Campbell came and installed my ceiling fan, couldn't be more pleased, he is checked everything in the house after the install.
Matt was great. Explained what was going on very well and was very thorough in explaining our options and what each one meant.
Had a very refreshing positive experience with Matt from Castle Electric. He was prompt, very polite and engaging. He explained who he was, his background and that he d be doing an initial safety walk through noting anything that might need attention. I saw this as a legitimate way to drum up future business. I was glad to have him do it so that I could anticipate some things needed attention .
Matt installed my Ring device quickly and tested it plus helped me set it up on the phone.

Jessica and Josiah were both very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. We were troubleshooting some electrical issues with an old air conditioning system. They fixed a few immediate problems and also gave us good suggestions for potential follow-up improvements.
Owen and Sean were amazing! They were so helpful. Any questions I had were answered and they were very professional.The work was done well and it took less time than I thought it would take. (Which is good.)
Bill was here, too, and he answered all of my questions. He’s preparing the quote, took lots of notes and I’m certain that I will talk with him soon.

Paul and Jack were both very professional. They explained all the work they were doing. They were respectful of our property keeping everything clean.
Eoin and his team did a great job upgrading my electrical service. What impressed me the most was that they coordinated with the city inspector before they started the job to make sure everything was done correctly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!
Great service and partnership
Had a great experience with Castle Electric. The job ended up being a bigger project than we anticipated and the team were so flexible and accommodating to the needs of our house. The job was handled with care and attention and the final product reflects that. The leads on our project were Josiah, Eoin and Sean - all of whom were fantastic. Would recommend.

Jessica Connolly was very prompt, polite, and capable for our project . We are very pleased with her work .
We had an electrical power issue with a recently installed dishwasher. Jessica came in and quickly diagnosed the problem ( under the sink) and was able to correct the issues and get everything up and running. She did a great job.

We have always had timely and great service from Castle, both the office staff and the electricians. We highly recommend them!
We were without heat on ground floor on a day when the high was 28 degrees and low was 4 degrees. Air handler Breaker was tripping and we had already had HVAC and an electrician out and a replacement breaker was installed without solving the problem. I called Castle for an emergency visit. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. They answered all my questions. He felt the GFCI outlet the condensate pump was plugged into was tripping the GFCI/AFCI breaker for the air handler that was on same circuit. New non-GFCI breaker installed. Fingers crossed. Highly recommended.

Extremely impressed, we had installer Chris on site he was prompt, professional , very knowledgeable and did outstanding work. We will use Castle again. They are a little on the higher end pricing but you get what you pay for. Well worth it.. thank you castle .
