I recently had a whole-house battery backup system installed by Castle Electric, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial assessment and quote with Bill, I was impressed by the company’s professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-focused approach. I immediately felt that I had chosen the right team.
Master electrician Paul and Jack completed the installation of my EcoFlow Smart Home Panel and DELTA Pro Ultra system. Since this is relatively new technology and a complex home-energy project, I especially appreciated how organized, knowledgeable, and patient they were throughout the process. They took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly, explained how the system worked, and answered all my questions clearly.
The finished installation was clean, polished, and professionally done. Everyone at Castle Electric was a pleasure to work with, and their attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend Castle Electric, Bill, Paul, and Jack to anyone considering a whole-house battery backup system or any other electrical installation.

I would absolutely recommend Castle Electric! My experience has been nothing but professional. Matt arrived promptly after my call to have an electrician come to replace a faulted circuit breaker. He was the consummate professional! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained every detail that he would be preforming as well as the estimate. Eoin and Sean did a great job. Fast, efficient and neat.
Had 6 sconces outside lights and flood light replaced with new ones. Brian and Rob arrived on time, double checked what we wanted done. Both were polite, respectful and professional. Completed the job, made sure everything worked. Actually helped us break down the cardboard boxes the fixtures came in and placed them in our recycling bin and hauled away the old fixtures. After they left a weird coincidence happened, our kitchen lights for some reason stopped working! We called to let central office know. Brian and Rob kindly turned around on route to their next job to come back to see what happened. They fixed the kitchen light issue also. Love this company and it's employees!! This is the second time we have used their services and like I said on my other review, there's no other company I would use! Very happy customer!! Thank you to Brian and Rob!!!
These guys are great! Very friendly and really good communication throughout the process. I have pretty much met the whole team of apprentices (Rob, Mike, Cole, Jack). Brian was great and Jim Sr was pretty cool too😉! And thanks to Bill for laying it all out.

My new ceiling fan/ light is wonderful! Matt installed, kept me informed during process, explained fixtures and was thoroughly professional and pleasant! A great experience and would recommend Castle Electric. Will use again in future.
Excellent service.
I had an unexpected major electrical emergency, and they were at my house within 3 hours to inspect. By midday the next day, they had completely resolved the problem and saved me a lot of stress! They explained the situation clearly and worked to find me a fair price. In particular, Josiah, Eoin, and Sean were extremely helpful and professional.

Josiah Campbell came and installed my ceiling fan, couldn't be more pleased, he is checked everything in the house after the install.
Matt was great. Explained what was going on very well and was very thorough in explaining our options and what each one meant.
Had a very refreshing positive experience with Matt from Castle Electric. He was prompt, very polite and engaging. He explained who he was, his background and that he d be doing an initial safety walk through noting anything that might need attention. I saw this as a legitimate way to drum up future business. I was glad to have him do it so that I could anticipate some things needed attention .
Matt installed my Ring device quickly and tested it plus helped me set it up on the phone.

Jessica and Josiah were both very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. We were troubleshooting some electrical issues with an old air conditioning system. They fixed a few immediate problems and also gave us good suggestions for potential follow-up improvements.
Owen and Sean were amazing! They were so helpful. Any questions I had were answered and they were very professional.The work was done well and it took less time than I thought it would take. (Which is good.)
Bill was here, too, and he answered all of my questions. He’s preparing the quote, took lots of notes and I’m certain that I will talk with him soon.
