Our $95 service call gets a licensed technician to your home to assess the issue and determine what type of troubleshooting or repair may be needed. From there, any additional diagnostic or repair costs are based on the technician’s on-site assessment, the complexity of the issue, and the work required to safely resolve it.
Minor Diagnostic/Troubleshooting
- Minor Troubleshooting or diagnostic on single fixture, device, or appliance.
- We shall also include a basic repair or basic device replacement.
- Price Range: $271.00-$352.00
Standard Diagnostic/Troubleshooting
- Standard Troubleshooting or diagnostic with problem isolated to a single circuit.
- We shall also include a basic repair or basic device replacement.
- Price Range: $451.00- $586.00
Major Diagnostic/Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing major issues including partial power in home, AFCI breaker tripping, Multiple Circuit, open ground or ungrounded circuits.
- We shall also include a basic repair or basic device replacement.
- Price Range: $789.00 – $1,025.00

We had an electrical power issue with a recently installed dishwasher. Jessica came in and quickly diagnosed the problem ( under the sink) and was able to correct the issues and get everything up and running. She did a great job.

We were without heat on ground floor on a day when the high was 28 degrees and low was 4 degrees. Air handler Breaker was tripping and we had already had HVAC and an electrician out and a replacement breaker was installed without solving the problem. I called Castle for an emergency visit. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. They answered all my questions. He felt the GFCI outlet the condensate pump was plugged into was tripping the GFCI/AFCI breaker for the air handler that was on same circuit. New non-GFCI breaker installed. Fingers crossed. Highly recommended.
